The LINX HR Canada certification program is designed to enhance our HR Professional members’ knowledge, develop their leadership and team-building skills also afford them the necessary skills to become effective business partners, and to expand their capacity as change agents. The LINX HR Canada Certification Program recognizes a combination of education, demonstrated competencies, and professional Human Resources experience.

Certification Pathways

LINX HR Canada offers certification pathways designed to support both Human Resources professionals and organizational leaders outside traditional HR roles.

LINX HR Canada offers two primary streams:

Human Resources Certification Pathway

Designed for individuals working directly in Human Resources functions, including recruitment, employee relations, HR policy, compensation, and organizational development.

People Leadership Certification Pathway (Non-HR)

Designed for supervisors, managers, directors, and executives responsible for leading teams, managing performance, and shaping workplace culture outside of traditional HR roles.
