The LINX HR Canada Leadership Certification Pathway is designed for professionals in non-HR leadership roles who are responsible for leading teams, managing workplace performance, and supporting organizational culture and people practices.

LINX EPL: Executive People Leader

OVERVIEW

The Executive People Leader (EPL) designation is the highest level in the non-HR pathway, designed for senior executives responsible for enterprise-wide leadership, culture, and organizational strategy.

It reflects leadership at the highest level of organizational decision-making, including workforce sustainability, governance, and culture transformation.

ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS

  • 7–10-year senior leadership experience
  • Executive role
  • Active LINX HR Canada membership in good standing is required
  • Successful completion of Workplace Scenario, Assessment (LINX- EPL Competency Framework)

RECERTIFICATION

  • Active LINX HR Canada membership in good standing is required
  • 40 CPD hours every 3 years
  • Continued executive leadership role required
  • Adherence to LINX HR Canada Code of Conduct

CERTIFICATION PURPOSE

To recognize executive leadership responsible for shaping organizational culture, driving enterprise strategy, ensuring governance compliance and leading large- scale workforce and change initiatives.
