OVERVIEW
The LINX Certified Professional (LINX-CP) designation is intended for early to mid-career HR practitioners who demonstrate applied knowledge of Human Resources functions and the ability to contribute effectively to organizational people practices.
This certification emphasizes operational HR capability, policy application, employee relations support, and competency in core HR functional areas.
ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
Applicants must meet ONE of the following requirements:
- Post-secondary HR education + minimum 4 years combined HR education and experience (must include at least 1 year of each), OR
- Minimum 4 years of HR experience (if no formal HR education)
AND
- Active LINX HR Canada membership in good standing is required
- Successful completion of Workplace Scenario Assessment (LINX-CP Competency Framework)
RECERTIFICATION
- Renewal every 3 years
- Minimum 50 CPD points over a three-year cycle
- Active LINX HR Canada membership in good standing is required
- Recertification application submission required
