OVERVIEW
The LINX Executive Fellow (LINX-EF) designation represents the highest level of HR certification, recognizing senior executives who lead enterprise-wide HR strategy, governance, and organizational transformation.
This designation reflects expert-level capability in leadership, policy development, risk management, and strategic workforce oversight
ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
Applicants must meet ONE of the following requirements:
- Graduate degree with a minimum of six (6) years of recent HR experience
OR
- Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of eight (8) years of recent HR experience
OR
- Equivalent combination of education, training, and a minimum of twelve (12) years of recent HR experience
AND
- Active LINX HR Canada membership in good standing is required
- Current or recent (within 12 months) executive HR leadership role (Director, VP, Executive Director, or equivalent)
- Successful completion of Workplace Scenario Assessment (LINX-EF Competency Framework)
RECERTIFICATION
- Complete the LINX-EF (Honorary) Application Form
- Applications are reviewed by a senior certification committee or designated governance body
- Supporting documentation may include résumé, leadership portfolio, and evidence of professional impact or contributions every 3 years
- Recertification application submission required
CERTIFICATION PURPOSE
The LINX-EF designation exists to formally recognize and honour exceptional leaders who have made a lasting contribution to Human Resources practice, organizational development, and leadership excellence. It acknowledges individuals who have shaped the profession through executive leadership, mentorship, innovation, and sustained impact on people and organizations over the course of their careers.
