LINX PL: People Leader
OVERVIEW
The LINX People Leader (PL) designation is the foundational certification for staff with direct people management responsibility.
It focuses on building core leadership skills required to manage teams effectively, apply workplace policies, and support a safe, respectful, and productive work environment.
ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 1 year of people leadership experience
- Active LINX HR Canada membership in good standing is required
- Successful completion of Workplace Scenario Assessment (LINX-PL Competency Framework)
RECERTIFICATION
- Active LINX HR Canada membership in good standing is required
- 20 CPD hours every 3 years
- Continued employment in a people leadership role
- Adherence to LINX HR Canada Code of Professional Conduct
CERTIFICATION PURPOSE
To develop foundational leadership skills in supervision, communication, team management, accountability and workplace standards compliance.
