LINX CPL: Certified People Leader
OVERVIEW
The Certified People Leader (CPL) designation for managers who have broader organizational responsibility. It emphasizes advanced leadership decision-making, workforce planning, culture development, and performance management at a departmental or organizational level.
ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
- 3-5 years of people leadership experience
- Active LINX HR Canada membership in good standing is required
- Successful completion of Workplace Scenario Assessment (LINX-CPL Competency Framework)
RECERTIFICATION
- Active LINX HR Canada membership in good standing is required
- 30 CPD hours every 3 years • Continued leadership accountability role required
- Adherence to LINX HR Canada code of conduct

To strengthen advanced leadership capability in performance management, workforce planning, employee engagement and strategic decision making aligned with organizational goals.
