Disclaimer: These certifications are intended to support and strengthen people leadership capability and do not authorize the professional practice of Human Resources. Progression between the Human Resources and Leadership certification pathways is not automatic and requires separate eligibility, assessment, and certification requirements.

Recertification

Recertification is an important component of the LINX Leadership Certification Pathway, ensuring that certified leaders continue to demonstrate professional competence, leadership effectiveness and a commitment to ongoing development. As workplace expectations, leadership practices and organizational challenges evolve, recertification helps ensure that designation holders maintain current knowledge, skills and leadership capabilities.

To retain their designation, certified members must maintain active LINX HR Canada membership with good standing, continue to hold leadership responsibilities appropriate to their certification level, adhere to the LINX HR Canada code of professional conduct and complete the required continuing professional development (CPD) activities within each three-year certification cycle. Through ongoing learning and professional engagement, certified leaders demonstrate their commitment to excellence in people leadership and organizational effectiveness.
