Julia has been a dedicated member of IPMA-Canada since 2016 and is committed to supporting and sharing its vision and goals. Julia has a diverse background in human resources, workforce planning, and public administration across the public and not-for-profit sectors. 

She has specialized training in project management, change management, and innovation, and has led initiatives in strategic planning, leadership development, and public engagement. Known for her strong communication, analytical thinking, and collaborative leadership, Julia is skilled at mentoring teams and fostering inclusive environments. 

Outside of work, Julia enjoys spending time with her family and attending her children’s activities. She is passionate about her cultural heritage, participating on the Ukrainian Dance Board and practicing traditional Metis beading.
