With over two decades of experience in HR and executive business roles within the public sector, Janice is deeply committed to fostering the growth, development, and transition of organizations and their people. As Director of Certification with IPMA-Canada, she brings her expertise to support the advancement of professional excellence within the association and among its members.

Holding the IPMA – Advanced Certified Professional certification since 2013, Janice is proud to contribute as a Board and Leadership member of IPMA Canada. Her credentials in Organizational Design, Change Management, Project Management, and Leadership Coaching further strengthen her ability to drive the association’s ongoing success.

Beyond her professional life, Janice serves as VP of Education with Toastmasters International, enjoys gardening, and follows the Toronto Blue Jays with a mix of passion and patience (exact proportions to be determined as the season unfolds).
