Helena has a Bachelor of Commerce (Co-op) degree specializing in human resources from Memorial University. While still early in her career with only a few years of experience in human resources, she has gained valuable experience in recruitment, employee onboarding, benefits administration and employee engagement. Helena just recently received her IPMA-CP (Certified Professional) designation and is working towards an IPMA-ACP.

Helena is committed to improving HR practices and workplace culture through innovative solutions and strategic planning. She is eager to contribute her skills and enthusiasm to IPMA’s Branding Committee.
